As a naturopathic doctor I see you as a whole person and everything in your body is connected. My health coaching dives deep into health history and current health woes, opportunities and goals.
My specialty is helping women improve energy, stress, mood, digestion and launching vitality and skyrocketing quality of life.
Fatigue is a general symptom; it doesn't tell us much about why it's happening or where it is coming from. Fatigue could be connected to a number of underlying dysfunctions in the body. I help determine where your fatigue is originating and how to fix the underlying (root cause) issues.
I believe digestion is the cornerstone of health - when digestion is faulty, any or all other body systems could have dysfunction and corresponding symptoms.
The digestive tract is our second brain - 95% of serotonin is made in the cells of the gut lining. There are also hundreds of millions of neurons in the gut lining acting as a communication center between the gut and the brain (gut-brain axis). A healthy microbiome is crucial to strong digestion, healthy mind,
healthy blood sugar balance, healthy inflammation response, healthy immune and far beyond.
Digestive symptoms are a strong sign there are digestive improvements to be made. The most common digestive symptoms include heartburn (GERD), nausea, vomiting, bloating, pain, constipation, hemorrhoids and diarrhea.
Health Coaching
I work with you to assess your progress towards your health goals and make any necessary adjustments to your action plan. We will review your current lifestyle habits, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep hygiene, and provide education and guidance on ways to optimize these areas for improved health.
We will also discuss any new health concerns or challenges that have arisen since your last session and develop strategies to address them. I will provide ongoing support and encouragement, as well as accountability to help you stay on track towards your goals.
This session is tailored specifically to established clients who have already completed an Optimal Wellness Deep Dive health coaching visit. We will build upon the foundation established in your previous sessions and continue to work together to create sustainable lifestyle changes for improved health and vitality.
My goal is to provide you with the tools and support necessary to make lasting changes that enhance your overall well-being. I am committed to helping you achieve optimal health and will continue to work with you on an ongoing basis to ensure your continued success.
